SHIVA ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains what information the SHIVA mobile application ("the App", package
com.meetaudio.shiva) collects, how we use it, and your rights in relation
to it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
SHIVA is a live event streaming application that lets authorised users join live audio and video sessions via the Zoom Meeting SDK. Accounts are created and managed by our administrators — users cannot self-register.

2. Information We Collect
- Account credentials — Your username, assigned by an administrator. Session data is stored encrypted on your device using the Android Keystore (AES-GCM).
- Microphone audio — The App requests microphone access to transmit your voice during a meeting. Your microphone is muted by default when you join and stays muted unless the host unmutes it. Audio is streamed live through Zoom's real-time communication service; the App does not record or locally store audio.
- Camera — The App requests camera access to send your video and display other participants' video while you are in a meeting.
- Device identifier — Your device's Android ID (
ANDROID_ID), used to associate your session with a single device for account security. - Session token — A server-issued authentication token stored encrypted on your device, cleared on sign-out.
- Network information — Wi-Fi/data connectivity state, used solely to maintain call quality and reconnect during a meeting. We do not track your location or browsing activity.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your login session.
- To connect you to and maintain your meeting (audio, video, and network stability).
- To keep the meeting connection alive when the app is minimized, via a foreground service with a persistent notification indicating the meeting is active.
- To protect account security (device binding, session validation).
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- Zoom Video Communications, Inc. — Audio/video streams and meeting join credentials are shared with Zoom's Meeting SDK to establish and run the call, under Zoom's own Privacy Policy. We do not share any additional personal data with Zoom beyond what's required to connect the call.
- Our backend — Session identifiers, meeting join tokens, and device identifiers are sent to our backend to authenticate and coordinate your session.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — Our backend operates on standard cloud infrastructure. Server logs may capture IP addresses and request metadata for operational and security purposes only.
- Legal obligations — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

The App does not request location, contacts, call log, SMS, storage, or accessibility permissions.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted by an administrator, or if you request deletion (see Section 8), your personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
On your device, encrypted credentials and session tokens are deleted when you sign out or uninstall the App.
7. Data Security
- All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS).
- Credentials stored on your device are encrypted using the Android Keystore (AES-GCM).
- Our servers use industry-standard access controls and are not accessible to third parties.
8. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a summary of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data at https://sportsking.co.in/delete-account.
- Grievance redressal — Raise a complaint about our data processing practices.

9. Children's Privacy
SHIVA is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
